Erica and Chara are literacy coaches, reading specialists, and consultants with two decades of experience in the classroom. They have received their master degrees and extensive training from Columbia University Teacher’s College. In ordinary times they partner with teachers inside their classrooms to support readers and writers workshops. When not working with teachers, Erica and Chara are both moms doing their best to set their own children up for distance learning success.
